“Historic building a few steps away from Main Street and almost all other places of interest around downtown area and a pleasant walk to Brant Point lighthouse.”

“Very nice location, easy walk to town. Right next to the bus depot. Excellent rooms , plenty of space. Could do with some instructions for the coffee machine, and what to do with rubbish once the bin is full. Would happily stay again.”

“Travelers need to understand that Nantucket is a serene, unplugged,and historic place. The Martin House is an excellent example of a historic house turned into a boutique B & B (breakfast is light continental). There is no elevator. You walk the stairs if you are staying on the 2nd or 3rd floor. We had a wonderful time here. Everything was a short walk from the Martin House. The manager, David, was gracious and accommodating and his homemade granola was excellent. Pastry choices were……

“Awesome place, close to downtown, but far enough for peace & quiet. Having the bikes as an amenity was huge as well - lobby and bar were lovely to get a drink in before going out! Highly recommend this property!”

“So enjoyed our stay at the ever-so-charming Blue Iris in Nantucket! Needed a bit of help before we even arrived and were taken care of perfectly. We were always greeted by friendly staff coming and going from the house. We stayed in room #5, which was so cute and private. The room was small, but comfortable and the bathroom had plenty of space for 2. We even decided to spend a little extra time there in the afternoons because we liked it so much. Morning service offered coffee…and wine was……
