“Literally everything was lovely! Awesome communication from our friendly host Alicja - we felt welcomed and at home. The unit is perfectly appointed - with two small fridges and a microwave - and amazing coffee maker! - and the view from our lanai was spectacular. We enjoyed meals and coffee as we soaked in the beauty of our surroundings - we loved using the snorkel gear and beach chairs that were provided - we swam with the turtles on the beach! “Ryan and Brooke were wonderful hosts. The condo has an amazing location, it is clean and there’s everything you need in the kitchen and bathroom. There’s a hot plate microwave crockpot, and toaster oven and plenty of dishes and silverware. The fridge and freezer are big. There is a great washing machine and dryer in the unit. Plenty of towels on the beautiful lanai. There’s a band with boogie boards, beach, chairs, beach toys, and an umbrella we can’t wait to come back again.”

“Location was really good, we had to contact the owner for key pad code the day before we arrived, we had paid the full amount when we booked which is unusual as we use VRBO on a regular basis. The key for the pool arrived 2 days before we left. We will continue to use VRBO to come to Princeville, but not this property ”

"Great value stay in Kauai, especially for families. This is probably the best value hotel we’ve stayed at in Hawaii. It’s not a luxury resort, but it offers everything you need. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well maintained without feeling outdated. The location is a huge plus. It’s close to the airport and within easy walking distance to Coconut Marketplace, where you can find restaurants and a grocery store. Not needing to drive for meals or snacks was extremely convenient. The hotel’s restaurant, Lava Lava Beach Club, is also delicious and worth trying. One of the most memorable moments of our stay was spotting a monk seal resting right on the beach in front of the hotel—such a special and unexpected experience. A couple of small things could be improved: the shower pressure in our room was a bit weak, and the public microwave in the lobby wasn’t very easy to find. Overall, this hotel is a great option for families. Our 2-year-old had a wonderful time here, and we would happily stay again on our next trip to Kauai."
