“The apartment was beautiful and very clean. The extra little amenities like makeup remover wipes, feminine products, etc were very thoughtful! Our only complaint was that the guest that checked out the day we were checking in must have left a big mess which host did message about but not until right when we were supposed to check in. She let us know we would need to check in late which was beyond her control but the last minute communication was slightly inconvenient. There was also no paper……

“The address on the listing is not correct. I unlocked someone’s door and was told the unit was next door. I opened another persons door who told me my unit was downstairs. So although my itinerary said unit 5, I found keys for unit 3. As we were walking through, the lady from next door came and told us that unit was reserved for someone else. The host was on the phone, and tried to be very accommodating. She said she could get unit 6 ready for the next day, but after all that, we decided to……
