“Room not very clean had to cancel having hard time getting correct money taken out ”

“Mold on the sheets/bed. BALLS of dog hair all over the room and nothing was properly cleaned previously before giving us our room. Kindly asked the staff if we could be moved as I’m allergic to dogs and he stated very rudely “ there’s dog hair in every room” and refused to move us to another. They need nicer night staff. His lips were all busted up so I’m guessing he didn’t learn a lesson.”

“Loved having 2 bedrooms and bathrooms plus in house laundry. The stay was perfect for our vacation. ”

“One staff member was not friendly or pleasant. Our room was supposed to be cleaned on Sunday, 4/26, but it was never cleaned, so we went to mention this to the front desk. We were met with an argument/debate. Instead of saying, we will send somebody up to clean your room shortly we were met with an argument and accusations that we must have had the do not disturb sign on, which wasn't the case and she stated this before we even had giving her our room number. “The room is large and clean, and hotel is very close to beach, just few minutes walk”
