“The hot tub and pool area were the cleanest I’ve ever seen at a hotel. Someone that knows how to clean obviously cleaned it. The staff was also super friendly and put our ice packs in their freezer for us overnight. At breakfast, we were hanging out and one of the staff asked if we wanted anything further before they closed the breakfast area. Thought that was nice that they asked. Overheard other interactions with customers and their front desk staff are superbly customer service oriented. We……
