“My experience with this host was acceptable until the day of the trip (when we realized we never received instructions to access the unit). After several DMs and phone calls to the host, they finally submitted instructions for us to get into the rental. The place was fine, although the complex reeked of smoke, but that’s probably from years of residents smoking. Thankfully, the unit itself didn’t smell. “Overall, very nice place. ONLY downside was the AC doesn't turn on until April so it was very hot as it was an unusually hot day in March for Nebraska, but there were plenty of fans provided which definitely helped! ”
