"This is a very clean space with a comfortable couch and beds. The showerhead was also really nice. Everything was nice and comfortable and clean.There was plenty of parking and it was easy to find. I can tell the hosts put a lot of thought into the space. I had a bit of an issue when we arrived and they got back with me quickly to resolve. There was noise from the distribution center across the street that can be heard in the living room, but the bedrooms are in the back of the apartment and you can't hear it at night. However, there were a few loud airplanes that flew over. There is an apartment above the.unit we stayed in but they were not loud. Regardless, this was a great place and I would highly recommend to anyone!!"

"I was traveling and had to check in very late. The front desk gentleman was kind and professional. The room I had was spacious, clean, and the bed was comfortable."

"Breakfast was okay. Our room was, bed was a little lumpy, and TV was okay but oddly enough you had to point the remote to the microwave for it to change channel. When the person at reception desk told me this, I thought she was joking, she was not. Overall it was a good stay"

"Place was being remodeled and I didn’t know ahead of time. Lobby, for example, was under construction so did not have its usual fireplace. Made it feel dirty. Some green space to walk dog but lots of trash near one end of lot. Convenient to restaurants and highway. Good WiFi"

"Basic type of hotel room. Comfortable bed and pillows. The coffee machine wasn’t working well and was at best “weak.” The staff was helpful when we had an issue with our sink. Bottom line: value for the price in Shenandoah and a decent place to bunk!"

"We were put into a room on the 3rd floor and discovered none of the light switches worked. There was a burn hole in the comforter in a non smoking room. They had cheap fluorescent work lights as their room lights. The window screen was torn. We were then moved to a 1st floor room. None of the outlets worked. The floor length mirror was held to the wall with caulking. The mattress was VERY uncomfortable and we only had 2 very flat pillows. I could not sleep. They had an indoor pool but you could not get in with your room key. Apparently we needed to go down to the desk and then ask for someone to let us into the pool. It showed in the lobby that there would be free coffee in the morning... There was NONE! No complimentary bathroom amenities like shampoo, conditioner. Only little bars of soap. All of the outside entrances were not secured, even though there were card readers on them. My husband went to go outside at 11pm and found a homeless man sitting on the stairs inside the building. We planned to stay 2 nights, but after not sleeping all night, we left the next morning. I would not recommend staying here to anyone. I realize it's not an expensive hotel, but have some PRIDE!"
