“A lovely property, but during a heatwave our room was so hot, and the small windows gave no air. Although there was a fan this did give any relief. We were on the top floor and it was unbearable.”

“Toilet seat unattached Please should have an outlets with USB connection ( most of places is having it ) Please super clean , super easy to access I would recommended it for sure”

“Staff friendly. Room was on top floor not ideal as no lift and my partner is elderly. Room was noisey due to hotel air conditioning systems being located on that floor. Bed comfortable but noise prevented good nights sleep. Breakfast was good and grounds are nice. Room rate for the Saturday overall I would say not worth it and would only stay again unless I got a deal.”

“Alie was a wonderful host and came quickly to welcome me and offered to help with my bags. The room was great, really clean and the bathroom was perfect. Might have liked a little more room to hang clothes but there were hangers on the back of the door. Alie also offered me an iron and board and said to call on her if I needed anything. Room had kettle, tea, coffee and water too. Really comfy bed. My only issue us that I was woken up one morning by someone having sex!! I'm not sure from which……

“No complaints. I had to check out very early at 4am and the older gentleman even came out to open the gate for me. Superb staff”

“Difficult to get in. Outdated instructions. Staff appeared confused. 25 mins from arrival to getting to check in! Room was somewhat comfortable. ”

“A lovely B&B. Very friendly. Nice breakfast. Clean, tidy, close to the Tube. We had the disadvantage of visiting during the heatwave and the house was a bit of a heat trap, but the fan helped, and I’d absolutely go back at a slightly cooler time!”
