“I was on a business trip at the Red Roof in Livonia and the staff was great great big smile on her face when I walked in taking care of business as a fire alarm was going off making sure my room was great no strings attached. “The rooms are average , although it looked like someone had laid on a bed the cover was wrinkly and crinkled. The window could not shut all the way. Furniture a little rough. Biggest disappointment was the pool was ice cold freezing. Which was the reason I booked here to begin with for my two boys. The male receptionist was great though. He was very polite and friendly. ”
