“Was in town to tour the University of Tennessee with our daughter. This was a perfect spot to spend our few days in Knoxville. Easy on and off the interstate. Felt safe the entire time. We had to pay to park in the lot next to the building, but it was super easy and convenient. We would not hesitate to stay here again. Maybe if our daughter ends up at UTK, we'll be back soon!”

“Smokey in Orangeland is an Amazing stay! Walking distance to everything UT and just short drives further out. The building was quiet and the condo was comfortable. Hosts Chris and Ksenia are super responsive and friendly! They certainly paid attention to the details that make a stay away from home absolutely terrific! Would definitely stay here again!”

“The good - Conveniently located downtown for eats/drinks and check-in via codes was easy. The bad - At night time, some folks that were squatting right outside the main entrance/door (and charging their phones) which did not feel very safe since this room is the first one through the main door. Upon entry to the building, there was a legit pile of cleaning supplies, tower fan, paper towels, etc. in 3x large tote bags completely blocking the door. My friend had already checked in, but I got in……

“Property was beautiful and as advertised. We enjoyed fishing and each morning we started with coffee around the fire pit. There were several areas inside and out great for eating and visiting. The pool area was great but not swimming season. The host was quickly responsive to every inquiry. Would highly recommend this property and host. ”
