"Stayed during Fiesta. Big mistake. All floors & elevators were soaked in pool water because guests couldn’t be bothered to dry before leaving the pool area & staff were too indifferent to care. Toilet handle in restroom would stick. Restroom floor was disgustingly sticky. Beds were worn and not comfortable at all. Will definitely never stay at this property again. "

"We had to move from 2 rooms First room was damp and smelt musty and had a definite water issue Then had to move from the second room of our nine nights stay because of flooding issues in the bathroom from the above apartment The hotel charge for parking at a very exuberant rate of 60 dollars per night The restaurant was very nice and our waiter Francisco made our stay very enjoyable with his gracious personality The hotel on the whole was very nice but I don’t think I would return"
