In the past week or so we stayed in a variety of hotels and motels. This one was easily the best managed. Very clean and neat. The staff obviously cares about the customers. One of the nicest places I have stayed.

The staff for breakfast was wonderful. They made sure everything was kept orderly. Could use a better variety of breakfast items. The room was spacious and clean. The property was well kept. Highly impressed with this Red roof Inn

Right off I90 in Herkimer, it was a relatively inexpensive place to stay for our trip to Turning Stone Resort Casino. Clean and convenient. Would stay there again if we go to another show at the Resort…

It is difficult to not like this. We were basically pleased with the room. There was some noise from the expressway but not bad enough to give a poor rating.

Charming, updated vintage looking motel. Beautiful fall mums around property were nice touch! We liked being on ground floor and able to park our motorcycle trike in front of our room.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Continental breakfast kept very clean, and had enough variety for decent breakfast. Coffee in room, and coffee good at breakfast. The room was clean with comfy beds, and 3 pillows. The laundry was nice and affordable. Very nice overall. Only downside was the hot water in shower was more lukewarm than hot. Would stay there again if needed.

This was a surprising find. First and foremost was the great check in staff, I think her name was Stephanie. Very cheerful and welcoming. Housekeeping was great. So was breakfast and staff. The lobby was warm and homey.
