The neighborhood is quiet, so no noise, and easy walking distance to parts of Cologne. Note: the front desk is rarely staffed, which is a key gap in case of emergency needs or scheduling changes."

"Beautiful hotel with spacious rooms and super staff! Skip the buffet breakfast. We had poached and scrambled eggs both with large chunks of shells we didn’t eat. Ordered pancakes to share and received 2 thumb size pancakes with hard bagel texture. We are American and love breakfast buffets but not this one that was very expensive at a 5 star hotel."
