“Loud jackhammering sounds while laying in bed, room was mostly clean. Worked for what we needed, however wouldn't stay here again.”

“Everything looked great new, modern and clean. The receptionist pleasant but unable to locate me by Expedia itinerary number or name. I had to instruct her to call Expedia .. I gave her the confirmation at that time she was able locate me.. we arrived late almost at midnight jumped in the shower no shampoo. My husband had to pick it up from reception we were on the 4th floor. Would I stay here again absolutely. Over all I rate them 5 star just little things that need attention.”

“This could be a magnificent property with a location close to the hospital, and in a physically demanding location. While the room was in clean condition with fresh sheets, a working AC, the parking left much to be desired. With mud covering some of the prime spots, an open area behind the hotel with no access from the back into the building, and no signs indicating a short term parking option to offload luggage in the front. “Stacie is a great hostess! The unit was quite clean when we arrived and stocked with a number of small features that most don’t think to include, but are super nice to have (like bug spray to use in the beautiful backyard), and super comfortable beds and living room lounge furniture. Communication was excellent and super helpful for the visit. Stacie also offered us breakfast every day, which was quite wonderful. We took her up on it and the frittata was tasty. “Dirty sheets. Unwashed cover with no blanket. Unkempt property. We left the hotel within 10 minutes without staying there.”

“Front desk lady was super nice and friendly. Room was ok could use some new carpet was tore up going into bathroom. Breakfast was delicious.”

“There was arguing, dogs barking and other loud noises. Housekeeping act like they didn’t understand what not responding to their knock meant. I don’t understand why when a property is not sold out, why they put the few people they do have in such close proximity to each other. I want REST/SLEEP, NOT TO HEAR OTHERS or be bothered with housekeeping. IF NEED something I know how to ask, otherwise I JUST WANT REST/SLEEP because THAT’S WHAT I PAID FOR, NOT EVERYTHING ELSE. And I have that problem……
