“During my check-in yesterday, I noticed that the bedding (bed sheets, duvet cover, and pillowcases) did not appear to have been freshly changed. “Got an email 2 days before arrival the pool would be closed for repairs. Other than proximity to the boardwalk, that was truly the only amenity setting our decision to stay there a part from a more affordable hotel nearby.”

“Room had a musty/mildew smell to it. TV remote would not change channels. Front desk stated no one on site to fix and then it worked long enough to change to one other channel and never worked again so we were stuck watching the same stay for our entire stay. I know it is first world problems but for over $200 a night that is the least I expect. When I informed the front desk the following morning all I got was I’m sorry we don’t have staff onsite to fix problems. I will not stay here again on……
