“In the three and a half days I was there, not one housekeeper cleaned my room. The hotel indicated, on an information sheet given at check-in, that housekeeping would be done every other day. I got back to my room too late on the second day to call down to have any “light” cleaning. What was more troubling was the “handicap” features. Grab bar placement in the tub was inadequate, no non-stick surface on the tub had me in fear of a fall. The commode was normal height with no grab bar……
