"Nice hotel 1 block from Times Square. Many dining and convenience food options right on same block. Staff was super friendly. Offered early check in for a small fee which was wonderful."

"It would have helped if the hotel had a good parking rate and stated it. I parked 10 blocks away for a better rate. Breakfast could have been better, but there are several place nearby for good sit-down meals."

"Extremely rude hotel staff across the board from the front desk to the elevator guards (the day-time guards were rude, the night-time guards were totally fine and kinder). Rooms are shockingly shabby and bathrooms are unacceptably filthy. The only two perks for this hotel are the location on Broadway and the fact that the restaurant, Friedman’s, is fantastic and has excellent food and waitstaff support. "
