Our stay at the hotel was very disappointing. The room was not up to an acceptable standard, and the bathroom was not clean when we arrived. Additionally, the bathroom did not have an exhaust fan, causing excessive condensation after taking hot showers. The condensation made the bathroom floor wet and slippery, so I had to use one of our towels to dry the floor to prevent anyone from slipping. When I requested additional towels from the front desk, I was told that I was only allowed to receive four sets of towels. Considering that one of our towels had to be used to address a safety issue caused by the bathroom's lack of ventilation, I found this response unacceptable. Overall, the cleanliness of the room, the bathroom ventilation issue, and the poor customer service significantly affected our stay. I expected a much better experience and hope you will address these concerns and consider appropriate compensation for the inconvenience.

There was noisy construction going on in the balcony areas that disrupted our view and made us have to close the curtains because men were outside our windows.

We loved the location and the property was very clean. The shower door was missing the magnetic piece to keep the door closed during our showers. The furniture could be updated or reupholstered. Otherwise it was a great stay.
