"I booked this home for my framing crew coming from out of town. The booking, check in process was always smooth. Sara was very responsive and accommodating. The home was clean, and Sara offered fresh eggs and coffee for breakfast starters. It’s a great place to unplug from today’s world. Nestled against a mountain overlooking a brook in a quaint countryside."

"This cottage is this perfect place for a quick little getaway! We had the most perfect lazy stay for the weekend secluded from the city. Just sitting outside the cottage watching the lake in silence was so peaceful. The host was also extremely responsive and detailed in her messages. Would highly recommend."

"Overall, it seemed like the property manager was not ready for guests. The toilet instantly broke, the pool hadn’t been cleaned in probably weeks, and the apartment had stained sheets. It’s a nice place but really not worth the money."

"We had a very nice stay at this property. The views were absolutely stunning and the ambience and quiet were just what we were looking for. The outdoor sitting area overlooking the view was outstanding. We had some issues with the lights not working in the main bedroom, trouble using the shower in the main bedroom and that the pool is only heated with additional payment. "We had a wonderful stay at Joel's place. Joel is great with communication and quickly responded to any questions. The home is very clean, beds are comfortable, great water pressure in the shower, kitchen is well equipped. We enjoyed barbecuing on the deck. Didn't get to use the fire pit as it was a bit too chilly to sit out at night. Hopefully can do that next time. We would love to come back again!"

"The Blue Hills Lodge was much more than a place to stay for a few days. They had there own Post Office, Beauty Salon, Museum, Restaurant, Event Center, Live Entertainment, Microbrewery (Russian Mule Brewery), Beer Tasting, wonderful grounds, could I add more. I met the owner and staff. Everyone treated me and my small 9 pound dog as a cherish member of the family. rather then a stranger and a guest. It really felt like a home with special extras. The only thing that it lacked was a microwave. This was more that a 5 star place of lodging. Thank you so very must to the staff of the Blue Hills Lodge and the Russian Mule Brewery."
