“Decent place to rest your head. Close to the park which is nice. Quiet neighborhood. Pet friendly. Host responded quickly to questions. We were supposed to check in no earlier than 4. Property mgmt. called and asked what time we'd get there and I told them 4:30. We arrived right at that time and the cleaning lady was still there. We killed time for a half hour then waited in the drive til she was done. Go in at 5pm. It's decently clean. However, there was no toilet paper anywhere to be found....

“Communication with the host was virtually non-existent. The host did not provide a check-in email until I had to call the VRBO ask that they intercede in communicate with the host. We waited outside of the rental for nearly 20 minutes trying to figure the situation out. The host eventually emailed the door code and check in information. I had messaged the host days before asking about check-in cuz I had not received any information via email and no response. The rental itself was in good shape...

“We stayed 3 nights and really enjoyed our time in Sandusky. James was a great host although we found no reason to exercise his help. The pool was great, water was warm and refreshing. The only negative to report was the grill. It needs to be replaced.With 4 adults and one teenager the single bathroom could have been an issue but we were able to plan around it. The neighborhood is friendly and 15 minutes from major shopping in Sandusky. Very convient access. And only 15 minutes from Cedar...

“Not a bad place, excellent location, but does require stairs to enter and exit the property. Check in was difficult - I didn’t receive instructions until I called for them, then they were not correct and I had to call back.”
