Breakfast setup

My mother in law with dementia checked in by herself and the attendant walked her to her room, left her number and offered to check on her for us. She went above and beyond. I didn’t get her name.

The staff was the very best! They warmed my heart.. so nice to be around nice people. Seems to be a thing of the past. We will absolutely be back simply because of the staff.

To the receptionist that loves pink I forget her name she should get a raise. Easy check in loved her.

Staff was kind and helpful Hotel was very clean

Our 1 night stay was great

Very nice hotel. Quiet, clean and nice people. Would stay here again

The staff was very accommodating and the hotel was very nice and clean.

Very nice hotel. Looked fairly new. Room was clean, comfortable, good large new towels, nice bed linens, nice coffee set up. Not a spec of mold in bathroom area. The hall and/or rooms around our 2ed floor room was noisy. I finally got up at 1am and put ear plugs in, but that wasn’t the hotel’s fault. Enjoyed.

Nice property with clean, comfortable room and bed. Staff were very nice. Breakfast had little to choose from, eggs were like powdered and sausage patties were a very light color as if old or under cooked.

I came to Dallas to celebrate my 60th birthday and this hotel was in the center of everything or place that I was going to visit. The staff at this hotel ware extremely friendly and helpful. They were quick in answering any questions and making accommodations when needed.

Great property, lovely people working there! Really enjoyed the stay!
