"The room was clean but there were NO towels when I got in it. I checked in well past 3pm so I don't see why this was an issue I had to deal with myself. Also the main drain in the handicapped bathroom hadn't been flushed as required with very hot water and bleach if necessary so I had to deal with the foul smell when I showered and the flies that came out of the drain. They seemed to multiply in droves! It was disturbing that I spent 10 mins each day there trying to kill them so I could be in the bathroom. I poured the hot water down the drain and it slowed them from coming out some but not completely and I had to have the door closed so they wouldn't gravitate to the actual room and disturb me there. I gave these drain tips to the girl when I checked out and told her of this annoyance as well. Please take care of the non-occupied rooms as well; takes all of 5mins each room to take care of the drains to prevent someone from bathing with company (funny not funny). Thank you!"

"The hotel is bigger than expected. My suite was huge. Nice shower, sofa and King size bed. The only knock is you have to pay to use a parking garage across the street and the area in front of the hotel is pretty sketchy. Other then that, it is a nice place to stay."

"I needed to leave my apt for a few days for painting and new carpeting so I headed downtown Baltimore (I live in Baltimore) to book a hotel for a few days and found the Sonesta Royal on Light street, downtown Baltimore. The location was perfect with a beautiful view of the Inner Harbor. My hotel room was HUGE and so was the bathroom, I mean huge! Beautiful hotel with many outdoor spaces away from the public. A heated pool, full gym with sauna and jacuzzi. Men's locker room with lockers and showers. LOVED IT. I travel a lot for work and I must say this hotel put many of the more traveled cities to shame. Well done. Mr. Garner"

"The location was great for travelers attending baseball or football games. The front desk staff was very helpful. Shout out to Zahra! She was wonderful! I never get housekeeping services, and when i asked for supplies they were very helpful to provide. The breakfast was good, the omelets were huge! Enjoyed watching the baseball games from the terrace. Loved how the gym and pool also ovgerlooked the baseball field!"
