Helpful, friendly and prompt staff. We had a minor loose screw on our shower valve and they fixed it while we were out for lunch! Not a hard fix. But they did it fast and without interrupting our stay. I would stay there again and recommend to anyone looking for an a place with a kitchenette and plenty of room to stretch out.

"Virtual clerk took 30 minutes to get us checked in and get our keys, no human available at check-in. Very frustrating. Black mold on bathroom ceiling, no hot water pressure, TV only had 2 channels. Beds and pillows were comfortable...thank goodness."
