“Though the decor was nice the place didn't function well. The toilet gurgled, the kitchen sink drained extremely slow and the furniture was extremely uncomfortable. The couch cushion was so worn you didn't feel it, you felt the frame. The beds were hard. The fridge is small, like a dorm room fridge. From the post it seemed you were closer to the water than you are. We booked for 2 nights and left after 1 knowing we wouldn't get a refund. We booked hoping to make it a fishing weekend so after……

“We booked this cabin during a trip to Chippewa to visit family in the area. While the place was small, it was perfect for my husband and I, and our Australian Shepherd. The view from the couch looked directly onto the lake, and the location was easy to find. There was one central AC unit, but it kept the place cool. The house was clean, and contained a coffee maker, little stove/oven, sink, and full fridge. It was an easy walk to the public beach access and the Rooster Salon. It was close to the……

“Very nicely furnished cozy cabin on the river with a great view in a quiet area. It is a bit of a walk down stairs to the river, but it's not too bad if you don't have mobility issues. Wood and a fire ring were provided. The main bedroom had a very comfy bed, and the 2nd bedroom had bunk beds. I would 100% recommend.”

“This really is a hidden gem. I cannot wait to come back for another stay! I loved how private the area was (you could see one of the other VRBOs on the property, but would not be in each other's space). The tiny house was private and peaceful. I had good cell service (Verizon) and enjoyed exploring the small towns nearby. From deer to woodpeckers to rabbits and more, wildlife was abundant and beautiful.
