This shared vacation fun house has a spacious courtyard with fire pit and jacuzzi hot tub - perfect for relaxing, entertaining, drinking a cup of coffee or tea or a glass of wine. Easy access to historic downtown Jacksonville, shopping malls and local beaches.

There are several amenities available for your use: two adult bikes and 2 children bikes, baby stroller, adjustable car seat, corn hole, pac man arcade game and board games, Keurig machine & coffee maker, microwave, ice maker, water filtration system, and fire pit.
