"The hotel was great overall. The only drawback was the additional charges. Resort fee plus tax on the fee. And be very careful in the room. The refrigerator which was completely full is pressure sensitive and if you take out anything you will be charged. We took some cans out to put our leftovers from the restaurant in. We put the cans back and were charged. Also the waters and items on the counter charged us for lifting them and looking at them. I had to call and go through a whole process to have the charges reversed. So no refridgerator or microwave in the room. The mistake can be very costly."

"The first floor was a massive casino with some long lines for an automated check-In. Check out was fast and easy. There was an accessable parking garage and the rooms were very clean and decently sized."

"The foyer light in my room didn't work. There was work being done on the pool area immediately below my room and I heard jackhammering all day for several days I was there. This was particularly annoying since I was doing work in my room those days. I also think it's ridiculous to have the vacuum robot running at 7 am up and down the hallways on our floor. The TV was turning off every 15 mins or so on its own. Overall I wouldn't likely recommend to anyone to stay at this Hotel. "
