“When we first arrived we were reserved for tower 3. I called ahead of time to let them know we would be a late check in. When we got to tower 3 for check-in at 1030pm, there was a sign saying tower 3 check-in is closed go to tower 2. This would have been more helpful if we knew this ahead of time, when I called earlier about the late checm-in. I know this could be a issue for someone who has a hard time walking. “The room was not clean, the floors were absolutely disgusting, the mirror in the bathroom was broken, the handle for the sink was broken along with the sink in the kitchen. I did not know that we were staying at a residential room, it was the worse thing ever! I wanted a hotel & no where did it say that it was residential during booking. On top of that the pool was closed on our side of the hotel/building, front desk said that the other side has the pool but closes at 5pm in VEGAS!!!! Like it’s……
