"The casino floor, shops and restaurantboptions in the hotel were varied. The hotel and casino are right in the middle of the strip which makes it an excellent location. My suite overlooked the Bellagio fountains so I had the bonus of enjoying it daily. My only criticism was that Housekeeping didn't attend my room once during my 5 night stay. My family were in a standard Queen size room on a different floor and were serviced daily."

"The staff was not very friendly upon our arrival. We were charged resort fees !! I was expecting with that at least we would have a coffee machine in the room!! NO WATER ,NO COFFEE OR HOT WATER !! What is their definition of RESORT!! Even a roach motel has better amenities !!"
