“Staff was helpful. Room had several design elements that I wish other hotel rooms had. In particular the PTAC (air conditioner) was placed in the wall, so it blew on your feet and not your head. Room darkening shades were the best I have seen and the room had a safe - very unusual for a US hotel.”

“The property was nice, clean and inviting. The breakfast was ok. The sausage patty tasted like dried rubber. The tiny has browns were good. Today I had the grits those were good.The coffee was good, they had fresh fruit, bananas, apples etc. The eggs were powered eggs, they had orange, apple juice, bread, bagels and muffins. I would recommend plastic forks and spoons. The staff was friendly and helpful. The property looked new. The location was by plenty of places to eat within close……

“The front office staff was very helpful in getting my room for me when the reservation could not be found. My only request would be to leave the sign lit a little while longer. I was late checking in (close to midnight) and not being familiar with the area, I could not see the place until I was right up on it.”

“Pros: Beautiful property, super clean, super easy check in, coffee bar was stocked, street parking was easy and clear. Cons: king bed in suite 4 had a huge middle high spot so we rolled off to each side through the night. The a/c also kept defalting to 75 and we woke up frequently to adjust. It was hot sleeping in the room.”

“整體感覺很糟，前台人員除了第一天入住時接待的那位服務人員外，其他幾位都不太熱情，環保程度選擇太棒了是因為廁所衛生紙用完不會補，連毛巾收走後也沒有補足新的，連洗髮精也都沒有補充，所以環保上可以很諷刺的給滿分。第一天的房間門故障，無法正常開啟，隔天換一間房結果電視一直當機，真的不推薦這家飯店”
