Rooms are well appointed and nice in size. We walked to the old city and just soaked about Jerusalem so easily from this location. We look forward to returning. "

"Beautiful historic building, in a great location. Other pluses: free underground parking and free use of the fabulous sports center and swimming pool. because it's such a unique building, it has a very special ambiance. On the down side: The room was OK but a tad shabby. In my room (229), the shower flooded the whole bathroom. The front desk are friendly enough, though at 7.30am there was noone behind the desk. And the elevator... there is just one, quite tiny, so make sure you leave enough...

"Disappointed that room was not ready by 3.00 p.m check in time. Although there were notices for no smoking in the room, there was a distinct smell of cigarettes on the floor and in the room. Overall, the staff were excellent - very helpful at all times and overall our stay was very good value for money."

The hotel is walking distance from a few restaurants and is close to the Damascus Gate. The location was a convenient start to our daily touring. It could use a little updating.
