"I was not aware but each of the units at the hotel are individually owned. So some have updated furniture and some dont. Overall i gave it a 4 star due to the room conditions. The view from the hotel is a 5 star. U cannot get any closer to the waves then this hotel. We enjoyed sitting in our balcony and enjoying the view and the souds of the waves hitting the rock. "Overall a very good experience. The condo was clean and comfortable. Beautiful view from the lanai. The condo was very hot and the ceiling fans would only run on low. Would have been nice to have a higher speed on them. The floor fans helped."
