value for money but noisy
"Quant boutique hotel with decent restaurant menu and friendly staff. Unfortunately the rooms are right next to the entertainment area so late noisy nights are common. Wifi is sporadic which was annoying. All in all I recommend if you looking for proximity to UN or Italian and Irish embassies."

Bring in your own breakfast!
"Well, the reception stuff does not understand how to read an Expedia reservation. They are either not trained or pretend to be so that they have a reason for extra-charge. The elevator does not have safety sensor. It hit me pretty hard. It would have crashed a child's head, I'm afraid. I got bruises ..."

A verified traveler stayed at Sheraton Kampala Hotel
"Pros: this is a great place to stay, good location, very nice restaurant, spa, pool, rooms are good. Our waitress Banura was sweet as honey and Vikas (manager) helped us when necessary. Staff is friendly and helpful. They even have an area that you can reserve for private parties (we had one birthday celebration) and let them care of the catering.
Cons: beware of online reservations, we used hotels.com and our room didn't have a pool view as stated in our purchase, so there's a mismatch between what you see and what you get. Again, staff was helpful, but nonetheless that leads to frustration during the check-in process."
A verified traveler stayed at Speke Apartments Wampewo
"Only one towel in room, AC stopped working, and TV had no channels - but the staff did their best to rectify these things within 24 hours.
Once working, TV channels were few. Restaurant menu is very limited and the size of the writing on the menu is so small it’s almost impossible to read it.
Staff were great. I just think budget cuts on things like tv, good internet access and menu range has reduced the quality of the hotel.
Before Covid it was much better. I hope it improves. "
"I made a mistake thinking I booked Speke resort and in fact it was thé other Speke in city center.
I vé been charged 80 dollars for staying Speke resort with 2 meals and 2 breakfast.
I took it.
Potentially I m not alone being a kind of victim of thé confusion between thé two places.
I love Speke resort AT thé point WE stayed even sunday afternoon. Globaly for this moment I spent 230 euros and not even a coffee has been offered..."
