“Horrible 5 days and 4 nights- people across the hall had a unit that had an upstairs over us. Stayed here many times and loved it- so it was this particular unit that had loud neighbors with kids that ran above us night and day- lack of sleep made it horrible. campus is awesome but this unit was outdated and neighbors were horrible”

“The unit was very nice. Beautiful view of the harbor. The only negative is it was very noisy late at night with the bar downstairs. ”

“Very nice room. The location was absolutely ideal, price was very reasonable, and the view was spectacular. Had no problem working with Koala. This is a timeshare so you'll have to be prepared to tell a couple of people you aren't interested in getting a free lunch or whatever tactic they use to get you to listen to a sales pitch. If you book more than one unit be sure to book them under different names. Not sure why the facility management (not Koala) requires this but apparently there's a fee……
