"Housekeeping staff was easy to find but not intrusive. Check in and check out went fine staff was very pleasant and professional. My room was very clean and I took full advance of the breakfast, pool, and casino shuttle. This was my first time at this hotel but I had a good time."

"Great location!! It's not a 5 star hotel.. ie no room service and lobby is pretty but kind of bland.. but all and all super nice rooms and the location can't be beat. Also like the valet parking! I'd go back!"

"We had 2 rooms, 1 needed ADA access. It did have the ramp, but no seating chair for the shower and it was located near the b k of the kitchen and the view from the window was the storage areas with beer kegs and what not laying around. The hotel location and the other room with a balcony were great. Need to improve on the ADA room though "

"The Omni is a beautiful hotel located in the heart of Providence. The hotel is first class with so much to offer. The front desk staff is outstanding! They are always constant professionals, funny , warm and welcoming! I highly recommend staying at the Omni!"

"Beautiful resort with great views. Nice pool, bars and restaurants. Clean and newly renovated. Comfy beds. Only negative was the staff at the front desk. We arrived at 415 and a room wasnt available. They didnt care. Didnt offer anything for us to do but sit there with all of our stuff. Then pretended like we werent there. Another negative experience with the same woman the next day when we asked for champagne glasses. Told us to try the bar. She clearly doesnt want to be working in the hospitality business. Similar experience with a different woman when checking out. Servers at the bar and restaurant were all great though."

During the booking all my concerns were addressed and Josh was excellent at calming any fears of booking issues and made me extra excited about traveling to the Hotel. Great location to enjoy Foxwoods Casinos , Mohegan Sun, and even the Great Wolf Lodge. Fun fun fun!!"

"We stayed there for the Newport Jazz Festival. The hotel doesn't look fancy on the outside but once you are inside, it gives a little bit of posh and whimsy. The staff is really friendly however there is limited staff during quietier times (before 8am etc...). The restaurant is pretty good and the bartenders are really on top of things. We enjoyed our room which faced the pool. Enjoyable stay. "
