“I was suppose to had a hot tub it didnt”

“Walking distance to the Ark. Good Mexican restaurant close by. Clean room, comfortable bed and basic continental breakfast. Good enough for us. ”

“Room was nice and clean. Breakfast was good and lots to choose from. When we checked in there was a note saying pool and spa was closed. I ask woman at counter why she said pool was waiting on a part for heater and the hot tub was dirty and had to be drained and cleaned. I get the pool that’s out of your control but the hot tub could’ve been taken care of. Very disappointing…”

“The location was convenient (Walmart, KFC, gas stations). The appearance was clean, rooms were amazingly comforting. My BIGGEST issue is the NOISEEEE! We had kids playing knock & dash on the doors for 2hrs, kids upstairs were jumping, running & stomping after 9pm until 11pm & started early at 6am. The next door room was beating on walls, slamming doors, yelling after 10pm. We made 3 noise complaints & that did not change anything. So annoying! “The staff were friendly. The room was clean. While the in room refrigerator wasn’t working the first night, but the staff swapped it out shortly.”

“Mattresses are in bad shape, so worn you roll to the middle. Never saw a staff member at The Lodge other than check in at main hotel whom was very pleasant and accommodating. Place just looks tired inside but was very quiet in The Lodge which I appreciate for a hotel. ”
