“Room was clean ”

“The room was clean, staff was very nice. The lights outside the room window was very bright at night, could use some extra curtains on the the sides of the blinds to help keep some of the light out while trying to sleep at night.”

“Room was so nice and cozy. The owner, Marsha was wonderful and I appreciated the hospitality. ”

“The staff were very friendly and the property itself was easy to get to, clean and felt safe. The housekeeping staff could clean better though. We had a coffee stain on our fitted sheet and mattress our first night. They replaced the sheet once we asked but don’t even attempt to clean the mattress. The smell was pretty strong when we laid down. The corners of our bathroom were pretty gross too, behind the doors. You could tell the hadn’t been cleaned in a while and had hair in the corners. ”

“Staff was very friendly, room was clean. It was perfect stay. Beds were comfortable. Quiet surroundings. Great AC. ”

“Could have a better hair dryer, I did not get bottle of water for the room.”

“Very clean room. Lots of extras. Excellent breakfast with many choices! So convenient to Ark. Rooms are small but that's why they call it micro. If you just want a basic room, decent pillows which can be hard to find, this is for you. And no construction workers slamming doors when they leave at 3am. Very pleased.”

“Rooms were clean and the beds were average. Could use coat hangers in the rooms. Check in was awkward.”

“Mattresses are in bad shape, so worn you roll to the middle. Never saw a staff member at The Lodge other than check in at main hotel whom was very pleasant and accommodating. Place just looks tired inside but was very quiet in The Lodge which I appreciate for a hotel. ”

“Room was good. There were only 2 coffee cups and no drinking cups LOVED THE GARDEN TUB!!!”

“The bed sheets were dirty and even had hair in them my original room I could not have cause it had a water leak in the floor of some sort. Then two days after I’m in the second room I wake up in the morning to water all over the floor. I told front desk and left for 12 hours when I came back there was no change. I checked out immediately and forfited the money I had already paid for the rest of the week. No rembursment. Bad experience ”
