Spectacular ocean views from this condo located on the top floor with 1350 sq ft of fabulous living space and a 45 ft private balcony accessible from the living and both bedrooms will make your vacation a memorable one and keep you coming back year after year. If the dates you need are not available check my other Key West vacation rental (Henry's Piece Of Paradise) located in the same 1800 Atlantic complex.

Pink palace
The property was great, albeit very pink. I didn’t know there were so many shades of pink or that there were so many different things that were pink! The property is further away from the activities that we did, but it was near two beaches and it was relatively quiet. All in all, we had a great weekend. We used the pool and walked along the beach. We visited several places on duval street. Key West is very easy to navigate on foot, by motorbike, golf cart, or car. We didn’t spend a lot of time in the condo, but the beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed having our morning coffee on the patio, and we did spend a few hours at the pool. We rented a golf cart for the weekend and the parking spot was super convenient to the elevator. I would recommend this property to friends.

Nice Place to Stay
Property was exactly as advertised, although the view of the beach was somewhat tangential. Having a reserved parking spot in the garage right next to the elevator was very convenient. The location wasn't really in walking distance of anything of interest, but nothing was more than 10 minutes away by car. The apartment itself was well-furnished and everything worked as it should. The only warning is that the second bedroom is separated from the living room by a wall that doesn't go all the way to the ceiling, so some level of privacy might be compromised, although it wasn't an issue for us. We'd certainly consider staying here again when we come back to Key West.

Very comfortable and spacious
We spent a week with another couple at Henry’s Penthouse and had a great time. The location is great for beach activities, although due to the sargassum issue the ocean wasn’t really accessible. The kitchen is really big and equipped to cook full meals if you want to. The living area is very comfortable. The unit worked well for two couples.

Henry does a great job of communicating. We knew exactly what to do when we got there and also knew what was expected of us. The property was very clean and had everything we needed. This is not beachfront...there is a short walk down the street to get there but it is not too far. We rented a golf cart and took advantage of the parking garage with a convenient spot close to the elevator. The building is dated but the condo was clean and the tropical decor reminded you that you were on vacation. Would stay here again!

This was a beautiful large condo!! The location was away from the business but still close enough to enjoy the Duvall crowd if you wanted to The pool and property were top notch. And the neighbors were friendly Henry was a joy to work with. Great communication!

This is one of the best properties I've stayed in over the years. It was clean, spacious, wonderfully decorated, I could go on and on! My 2 sisters and I stayed here for 4 nights and have absolutely no recommendations or complaints for Henry. It was more wonderful than advertised! Highly recommend this property !

Excellent condo with a great view! The building looks a little older on the outside, but the condo is very nice. Immaculately clean with an awesome balcony. Gated parking in the garage. Henry gave us some great tips on things to do. Great place to spend some time in Key West!

Great location for beach folks
Loved location on the quiet side of the island. If you are looking for great beaches, Higgs and Smathers and free parking were outstanding. Pool was fabulous as was proximity to a great restaurant, Salute on the beach. Ate lunch there twice and did not disappoint. Did not really spend much time in condo only to sleep!

The property was great…the pool area was awesome. There were only a couple of issues and the biggest was being without power the day of checkout. Apparently it was communicated to owners but not to us. Had to get ready in the dark, couldn’t charge electronics all the way for our travel day and had to carry luggage down 4 stories as the elevators weren’t running. The other pain was the road construction that was very loud every morning and the cost of an Uber/Lyft was way more given they had to drive way out of their way to get us downtown. The beds were awesome along with the pool area…a little warmer in unit than we would have liked as we couldn’t go below 70 degrees and only one fan worked. We would consider renting again barring no construction or power issues.
