"The hotel was clean and staff was very helpful. The breakfast was great with many options. Our room was very small but it was probably my fault for choosing it. It had a tiny fridge that met our needs but it was tucked in a corner that was hard to get to and the door opened from the wrong side for where it was located. On the whole though, the hotel presented well and met our needs."

"We really enjoyed our stay here! The staff was very pleasant and welcoming, and the location was perfect—close to town and convenient to Mount Rushmore. The lobby had a charming Western flair, complete with a cozy fireplace. Breakfast was included and had just enough to get the day started. We were very glad we chose to stay here and would happily stay again!"

"Haven’t stayed there in about 14 years so I thought I’d give it a whirl. First of all, they don’t mention the $200 incidental fee that they put on you once you check in so please have a credit card on hand. Ok that’s my rant, other than that it was quiet, felt safe, and the bed was lower than usual but I slept ok. It’s not so modernized but again it was quiet, safe, and the breakfast was like it was 14 yrs ago - cereal, coffee, bagels, and a jimmy dean sandwich, enough!"
