“Very clean hotel. Clean pool. The bed was very firm and the fan in the bathroom was extremely loud. Staff was very friendly. Nice breakfast options ”

Wanted to go in the pool but it was really over crowded people had different color bracelets not sure if you could buy separate just to swim maybe offer adult swim after 8”

“Room was in good condition. Staff was not at front desk making it hard to reach them. Keys didn’t work to room a number do times and breakfast was available later than expected.”

It was listed as a family owned hotel, so I could overlook these items as we weren’t there long as was in town visiting for Christmas. The staff was rude, lied to my family members about what they were told at check-in. Three families checked in and none of them were given the information that you needed to pay an……
