Some of the communal areas look a bit tired, but staff welcoming and room was great for my needs (staying overnight in area ready for family get together). Great location for Hythe and walk along seafront short drive away.”

“Breakfast was amazing. The staff are very very friendly and helpful. The one downside I did have was literally I didn’t have an ensuite bathroom. I had to use a communal down the hall shower room and toilet other than that I can’t fault the place this is Jason the Chef”

“Only an overnight stop on way to Dover ferry (30 min drive). Everything was very clean and large comfortably bed and bedroom overlooking the beach. Some parts of the hotel could do with a little upgrade but that didn't put me off. Staff was very polite, efficient and professional. The bar was very up to date other than it closed at 1030. That said, I'm glad as I was up at 5am. Great location, especially if you would like a walk along the esplanade/promenade which I read was over 2 miles……
