“Staff was personable and responsive. I had to change rooms due to a problem with the noise level of the refrigerator in the room. Once I reported it, the staff acted promptly to move me to another room. The facility was otherwise clean and well maintained.”

“It was very outdated, not the cleanest hotel, had a first floor room could hear a lot of noise did not get a good nights rest, beautiful view of river fantastic location on the river breakfast was good”

“This was a quiet and quaint place along the Erie Lake. Don’t look for a gym or spa / sauna, but they did have an outdoor swimming pool. Lots of trees and a great view of the lake”

“Very pleasant overnight stay. "Worst" complaint I could make was that it took a little while for hot water to get from tank to shower...but it did become nice and hot.”
