“We were not taken care of vis-a-vis check-in. We had to track down the maid to get some answers. We had to get a key from a neighboring restaurant. We tried to call the front desk, we tried to text and ask for the key code to get into our room and nobody ever responded not even after we checked out. Thank God for the maid Susan. The room was shabby: carpet stained, old sink in bathroom weird old shower head. No office to get ice. Still no contact from office. Very unprofessional.”

“No elevator. No bellboy to help with luggage. No coffee in room, but great coffee downstairs in lobby. Had to ask for paper items ( ran out of tissue, toilet paper, etc. and had to ask for fresh towels.) Out of three nights only once had maid service. Loved the night staff! Loved the collection of vinyls in rooms, plus extra ones in lobby. Loved the wine served in the evening in the awesome lobby by the fire.
