"Flight was canceled and made a last minute reservation at this lovely hotel. The highlight was the amazing front desk staff members Kamar and Gretta. They were patient, caring and had a genuine desire to make my stay enjoyable. I'm so glad I encountered them and their diligence in locating my difficult to find reservation. Many thanks and blessings to them. Also, the shuttle to and from the airport was great. Really had a wonderful stay. Oh, the restaurant food and staff was fantastic!"

"Warm welcome by front desk and personnel despite late arrival. Front desk and online team responsive and pro-active. Washroom rather crammed given double queen room (single vanity, yet room can hold up to 4 / separate toilet-bathtub combo space tight). Navigating the hotel is not simple despite the signage. The distances are significant to reach the ‘towers’; the inclines are tricky when transporting one’s own luggage on a cart and maneuvering in and out of elevator. Access to rooms (lower level - like on a ship with no windows) felt claustrophobic, confusing. Balcony view onto golf course nice. Breakfast buffet available ($22 pp). Parking ($10) should be free for guests. An additional $20 ‘resort fee’ was difficult to reason. Peaceful night’s sleep, nonetheless."

"Loved that this hotel was pet-friendly! There was a VERY small grass area, but I’m glad there was atleast something on the property. The room was clean, bathroom needed some extra cleaning & the breakfast was okay. There is parking on the property and underground in a garage- which was nice to know the vehicle would be safe. Expect to pay $30+/day on parking though. The only downside of the underground parking was that the pipes are very rusted & during our stay, 2 pipes broke and began flooding/ spraying over some cars. Overall it was a good hotel to stay at during our visit to Chicago. It’s a very family-friendly hotel!"

"Only thing that made me take a star away was I looked a week ago on a Tuesday and the price with my rewards was 82 a night, I went to book the next day and it jumped up to 233. I thought that was pretty bogus but guess I should have booked right away. Wanted to book somewhere else when I saw the second price but I had already told my son about it and it was his birthday so I felt I could t take it back. Kinda crazy they change the pricing that much overnight."
