The neighborhood is very pleasant with a convenience store a block away and a highly recommended Ethiopian restaurant down the street. I did not really cook, but the kitchen is well equipped. ”

“This property is very impressive. It was clean and in order. The bathroom is spacious and beautifully remodeled. The manager was completely accommodating. It is indeed a 5 star property. However, the neighborhood, which looks like it is in the throws of regentrification, is unpleasant in its appearance. Over a short amount of time this will change for the better. In the end don't let the look of the neighborhood discourage your stay here. It's location is a prime place to stay while in Oakland.……
