Summary:
Welcome to The Garden House, located in the heart of Lancaster City's lovely Chestnut Hill neighborhood. Just blocks from some of Lancaster's best restaurants and less than a mile from Franklin & Marshall College, this home is in the perfect downtown location.
In partnership with The Friendship Heart Gallery, a studio that empowers individuals with Intellectual Disability and Autism, the exterior of the home features a mural that showcases the talents and abilities of the local Heart Artists.
The Space:
Main floor:
- Spacious living room with a 55" TV
- Dining room with seating for 6
- Well appointed kitchen with gas range and dishwasher
- Half bathroom
2nd floor:
- Bedroom 1: Queen bed
- Bedroom 2: Queen bed with attached balcony
- Bedroom 3: Small bedroom with twin bed
- Full bathroom with shower/tub
