"Nice, clean, quiet, comfortable... everything was good. Perfect for two couples or singles. Just be aware there's no dishwasher or clothes washer (didn’t bother us) and there are outside stairs to climb (ditto)."

"I hosted a wellness retreat here (in June) and it was fantastic!! I will definitely return. Why 5 ? Beautiful views inside and out, it’s quiet, serene, 13 min from town, close to many trails, 7 private rooms - several with private baths, big community space for eating and being together but also plenty of space to be alone. Kitchen is super functional and has plenty of what you need, laundry onsite on 2 out of the 4 floors and the owner was VERY communicative, responsive and accommodating. I had a full house and it was never cramped or crowded. Considerations: if you don’t like or cant do stairs, this house isn’t for you. "

"We had a fabulous family reunion in this house which had the perfect number of bedrooms and allowed our family pet. Every family member or couple got their own bedroom because there are 11 bedrooms! Very special property to have this capacity. Beautiful views of the Carson City valley area from the common area and many bedrooms. The common area on the top floor was a great gathering place. The kitchen was good but we were surprised by some missing items. Luckily the maintenance staff is outstanding and brought missing items for the kitchen. The internet is fair and was not able to support our crowd of 14 without glitches. Dish TV did not work well. The Dish company came to repair, but it did not last for many of the room TVS; fortunately worked for the common room areas. The maintenance staff is a huge positive and you should not hesitate to call them with concerns or question; they will get it done."

"We spent five nights at Robert’s Condo. It’s well laid out, and had plenty of room for four adult skiers. It has everything we needed and then some. The only downside is the hike up the stairs to the road. But, that comes with the territory.If you are planning to ski or ride, it’s an easy walk down the hill to Stage Coach Lift. At the end of the day, you are best off to finish at Boulder and catch a shuttle back. The drop off point is a short walk to the condo. Otherwise, it’s a bit of a hike back up the hill after a long day."

It was a bit of a hike up the stairs to get to the unit, and the walls are pretty thin, but being right next to a shuttle stop that takes you straight to the Stagecoach lift was amazing! The cabin was very clean, lots of space, and check-in/out instructions were very easy and straightforward!"

"My son and I stayed here two nights for a quick Heavenly ski trip. The location is amazing - it is a 5 minute walk from the Stage Coach lift. There is also a convenient shuttle, but we rented skis at the Stagecoach Heavenly sports and they allow you to valet your skis and poles there. The 1BR unit was very clean and decorated nicely. The managing company, Vacasa, conveniently provided all check in info by text and were quickly responsive 24/7 by text for any inquiries. (You can call too, but texting worked great). My son was comfortable on the sofa bed. I would definitely return here again if traveling with one of my teens or my wife and one teen. "
