“Sand in beds”

“Beautiful and brand new. Great place to stay. Had to keep air conditioning on a high temp or it blew on me on the left side of the bed, but not a biggie. Nicely decorated and super clean.”

“I enjoyed my overnight stay at Sunrise Motel. The motel was clean, staff very friendly and respectful. My kids enjoyed there time at the pool the moment we arrived until the sun came down! As far as areas of improvement in the room itself I would recommend adding a microwave for families. A lot of us are buying food at the boardwalk and need to reheat items. In addition the bathroom shower heads could be updated. Other than these two minor things I would certainly return back.”

“I wanted to love this hotel, but the experience didn't come close to justifying the price. The rooms are extremely small, and having a Murphy bed means there's barely any usable space beyond sleeping. For boutique hotel rates, the accommodations felt cramped and underwhelming. The walls are also incredibly thin. Despite quiet hours being posted throughout the property, they don't seem to be enforced. You can easily hear neighboring conversations and, unfortunately, even hear toilets being used……

“This is my fourth or fifth time staying at this property. I feel this property is great for a weekend but not sure that I would stay there for an entire week. It's definitely an older motel which we don't mind cause we're not too fussy of people it's right across from the beach, which is very convenient and right next to the start of the boardwalk so again that is super convenient The air conditioner in the room is super loud so if you are a light sleeper like myself, it's a bit……
