“We walked in, no elevator. We arrived a bit later in the day and called to inform the front desk. On that call, there was an opportunity to advise us (acting as if upon arrival we can cancel). Really... Should have been told on the phone earlier, nor was this on the website. “The nice lady at check in tried her best to cover for the mistakes made by the person who took the reservation. The rooms reserved were not available and she tried to make it work. Lobby was dirty. Crumbs on a six foot table from breakfast maybe? Sticky surface on center lobby table. AC in rooms shut off when you leave and also at night while you try to sleep with the traffic noise.
