“Water pressure was poor, swimming pool was small, staff was rude, key cards kept having to be reprogrammed to our room the three days we were there. Breakfast was ok for free. Parking small for as big as the hotel was.”

“The elevators were broken, the fire alarm went off twice in one day, the TVs were not working, the suite door was very difficult to close, it didn’t come with sheets or pillows or blankets for the pullout couch and didn’t have enough towels, and at breakfast, there were no plates or bowls. From beginning to end, there was something majorly wrong with each part of our stay.”

“When I arrived at about 10pm, there were several suspicious looking people standing in the front of the front door. I almost kept going but I had already reserved the room and paid for it. They gave me a room on the second floor, but no elevators so I had to carry all of my luggage upstairs 2 flights. When I opened the door to the room, immediately I noticed that one bed was made up and the other looked like someone just got out of it. The covers was half way on the floor and the sheets were……
