From the viewpoint of these world travelers this was our best stay ever -- anywhere. Tops in terms of location, accommodations, breakfasts (7 superb days), atmosphere, grounds, and variety of rooms. This is serious. I've been away a lot, Aruba, Spain, Mexico, Puerto Rico, Caribbean Islands, places in the U.S.. In very nice 4-5 star hotels too. This tops it all. It was like going into a fairytale. If I had to sum this stay up in one word it would be "enchanting". Every room here is themed with cultural references such as the Mardi Gras room, or English manor. Which are the 2 rooms we stayed in. Each room is different and unique. They even have a room that's hidden behind a secret bookcase....

Our one night stay was awesome. We were there for a baseball game at First Energy Stadium. We parked our car in the garage and jumped into the free hotel shuttle and in five minutes we were at the stadium. The driver gave us a brief history of the area as we drove to the game. When the game ended, we called the hotel for a return shuttle and a new driver was there in minutes. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were amazing. The complimentary continental breakfast is great, the room is comfortable and spacious, and it is so convenient to area attractions. The only reason for the 4 on comfort was the lack of firmness of the bed and lumpy pillows.
