“Good service ”

“First morning was excellent. Staff kept everything replenished and areas clean. Second morning was disappointing. Food items were hit or miss and I never saw all the offered breakfast items available at the same time. I In fairness, the second morning seemed to have more young baseball athletes than the first morning. But I definitely noticed a difference. ”

“洗澡的水流较小，冰箱是坏的。我的晚上买的牛奶早上全坏了。其它的都可以接受。服务真的非常好。前台超级热情。”

“Enjoyed our stay despite the toilet getting stopped up, the tv not working, and the AC dying. Except for the AC, everything was fixed quickly. Staff reacted in a friendly and cooperative manner. Karaoke in the Bistro was great fun. Chocolate martinis were amazing. We would happily stay here again. ”

“Air conditioning was average car was safe, pool was clean. The rooms were clean but need to be undated. Bathroom tub was stained and needs up dating”

“Everything was in good working order but my room (#8) felt a bit like a prison – small, high windows you couldn't look out from, and that gave little natural light. Other rooms are probably better.”

“The building was being renovated. The lobby was closed. I had to step over a worker grouting a tile floor in order to check in thru a door at the side if the gift shop. the stairwells had construction materials in them. The fire door at the first floor was blocked open. This hotel had no business being open! The lady at the front desk was very understanding. She refunded our money and we went elsewhere.”

“Staff was great, overwhelmed by kids trying for NBA draft. Seriously, they were respectful although had a tendency to discard food, chips etc. in hallway and elevator. I did pick done up, as staff was overworked. Great thing was, at ten it was QUIET !!”
