Worst hotel experience in decades of travel. Not as depicted in the description. Parking was a huge mess, had to park across town, dragging luggage a half mile on heavy hills to the hotel and upstairs. If elderly or with any mobility issues whatsoever, this would not have been possible. Not able to get in to eat, restaurant staff was overwhelmed and not helpful. Very, very basic hotel. The icing on top was the morning of checkout, there was no secure place to keep luggage while trekking back to the car, so that was a concern, and they gave me the wrong validation ticket. So, after the long walk and stressing about my luggage, I had difficulty even getting my car. Oh, and they’ll be beating on the door every 15 minutes from 0900 until you leave, although checkout is 1030. This is a hotel which should cater to the spa/relaxation crowd, but I left here much more stressed than I arrived. Switzerland is amazing and every other property I stayed at received 5 stars, but I’d steer clear from this one if you’re hoping for a peaceful vacation stay.

Kleines Bad aber süßes Hotel

Nach dem Suchen haben wir das Hotel endlich gefunden. Zentral gelegen, Parkplatz gegen Aufpreis zu Fuß schnell erreichbar. Check-In dauerte, da Rezeption nicht besetzt war. Nach mehrfachen Klingeln und einer halben Stunde warten, endlich eingecheckt. Zimmer leider anders als auf den Bildern abgebildet. Das Badezimmer ist sehr sehr sehr klein!! Man kann gerade so vor dem Spiegel stehen, sodass die Tür noch zu geht. Frühstück täglich das selbe, aber dennoch gut! Saubere Zimmer. Hotel ist sehr süß eingerichtet.

Unfreundlicher Empfang an der Reception, weiteres Personal im Restaurant freundlich. Kein Wasser auf dem Zimmer, Zimmer jedoch sauber. Badezimmer sehr klein, Dachzimmer mit Dachschräge für Menschen über 160 cm ungeeignet.

Établissement chaleureux,accueillant et bien placé

Le patron de l'hôtel s'est montré très disponible et très gentil. Il nous a également proposé pleins d'activités à prix préférentiel et donner de bons conseils. Je recommande fortement cet établissement qui a beaucoup de charme et qui se situe au cœur du village.

Hotel propre mais accueil moyen

L'accueil est très moyen. Il n'y avait que la femme de chambre et elle ne parle que l'italien. J'ai du patienter 10 min que le chef arrive. Lors du souper, aucun contrôle. Tout le monde aurait pu venir souper au restaurant. Les repas étaient par contre très bon et copieux. Le soir, nous entendions la télévision de la chambre à côté. Le lit est quant à lui très confortable avec un grand duvet. Très appréciable. La chambre est propre aussi. Lors du check-out, je vais pour retourner les cartes qui ouvrent la chambre, et encore une fois il n'y avait que la femme de chambre... Elle les a juste prise sans aucun contrôle. Assez moyen...

Lage de Hotels ist Top, der rest eher nicht so! Zimmer gutes ambiente, doch das Restaurant schreklich geführt. Troz Abendessen Reservierung beim Check In keinen Tisch bekommen zum Abendessen, mussten ausser Haus essen gehen!

Die renovierten Zimmer sind schön gestaltet und modern. Das Hotel ist primär ein Restaurant und vermietet zusätzlich Hotelzimmer. Die Rezeption ist im Büro vom Restaurant. Unserer Erfahrung muss man einbisschen Vorsichtig bei den Zusatzangeboten sein (z.B. wir wollten in die Leukerbad Therme, angeboten haben wir jedoch die Alpen Therme welche auch nach Rabatt immer noch teurer ist). Auch bei den Kurtaxen, Gebühren für Gästekarte wissen wir nicht genau ob alles obligatorisch war oder nicht. ;) Das Morgenessen war reichhaltig und schön hergerichtet. Endroit agréable et accueillant

Maison vielle de 500 ans entièrement rénovée Aux goûts du jour avec des chambres bien aménagées et modernes. La situation est bonne avec proximité des bains thermaux et du parking à prix raisonnable. Bonnes options de restauration et shopping.
